Communications & Engagement Lead - World Service Business Development
We are recruiting a Communications & Engagement Lead who will be responsible for executing specialist internal and external communications and engagement activities for the global Business Development team within World Service Business Development.
You will lead on internal communication and engagement planning, working directly with senior leaders across Business Development and the wider World Service Group. You’ll ensure high quality delivery of engagement and communication strategies, key announcements, internal news, change programme communications, internal campaigns and events. The role will work independently to resolve complex queries, and is responsible for driving continuous improvements against key measurement criteria.
The Ideal Candidate
You will need substantial experience of working within communications in a business development environment along with a good understanding of global syndication business and experience of developing b2b comms plans and strategies for distribution partners. Experience of global communication planning is essential. You'll also need to demonstrate a working knowledge of updating websites and some understanding of back-end development.
Contract: 9 month attachment / fixed term contract
